Merry is on the panels of most of the insurance plans in Connecticut. If you check the provider list on your insurance plan's website and enter her name you will find out if she is a participating provider. She will bill the insurance company directly and you will be responsible for your co-payment.
It's a good idea to call your insurance company and ask if you need authorization, which is determined by the company's policy and your particular plan. Merry accepts most plans from the following companies:

- United Healthcare

- EAP plans from major corporations including IBM, Hewitt and other local companies
